Account and Data Deletion

If a marketplace or user requests account deletion details, this page explains the current process.

Current deletion process

  1. Sign in to the account you want to remove.
  2. Cancel any active subscription from your platform billing account first.
  3. Email help.sayhello.ai@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
  4. Include the email address used with the app so the request can be verified.

What may be deleted

Depending on technical and legal requirements, account profile records, saved suggestions, preferences, and related app data may be deleted or anonymized after verification.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, dispute handling, backups, or security logging.

Update needed

Deletion requests should be sent to help.sayhello.ai@gmail.com. Include the account email and any relevant subscription details to help verification.
